ōLiv Madison – Excellence in Masonry Awards

This architectural video documents the design and construction of ōLiv Madison, a ten-story mixed-use development located near the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Designed by Antunovich Associates and built by Treehouse Construction for Core Spaces, the project emphasizes the creative potential of clay masonry in urban-scale architecture.

Drone flyovers, time-lapse sequences, and slider footage highlight the complexity of the masonry detailing. Interviews with project manager Nish Shah and the award jury provide context on the architectural intent to break down the building’s large scale into distinctive volumes, each with its own material expression.

UW Health Transplant Center | Zebradog

The UW Health Transplant Center in Madison, Wisconsin, has a long history of providing life-saving transplant services to patients in the region and beyond. It was this mission that ZEBRADOG, a Madison-based creative agency specializing in dynamic environmental design, worked to bring to life through thoughtful, interactive means. It was understood that the mission of breakthrough organ transplantation was only possible due to the incredible, selfless people who chose to donate organs. It is these amazing humans who are honored in this new Donor Recognition Wall now on-display at the UW Health Transplant Center. With beautiful and colorful backlit disks showing the names of donors and an interactive digital display showing details of each donor accessible through a simple QR code and search feature, the Donor Recognition Wall shares and celebrates the incredible people who made gifts of organ donation.

GI Associates (Stevens Point) | EIM Awards

This architectural video highlights the GI Associates facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin—an award-winning healthcare project recognized for its use of natural stone masonry. Designed by Somerville Architects and constructed by Miron Construction, the building balances function and form, housing both a clinic and an ambulatory surgery center.

Drone cinematography, dynamic detail shots, time-lapse video, and interview segments with project architect Anders Sandli help emphasize key masonry elements such as the contrasting mortar joints, durable stonework designed for Midwest weather conditions, and acoustic challenges solved through textural surface choices inside this healthcare clinical space.

As part of the Wisconsin Masonry Alliance’s Excellence in Masonry Awards, this film documents compelling usage of natural stone with skilled masonry, thoughtful healthcare design, and collaborative construction practices through architectural videography.

The Jim B. Lemon Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit which was created in 2023 to honor the late Jim Lemon; friend, husband, father, son, brother, uncle and hall of fame golfer; with a clear mission: give the next family facing a cancer diagnosis more time.

This video created by Crimson Sun Studios was first aired live at JBL’s annual golf charity event to help raise money for the foundation. The video and event were a resounding success, helping to raise $250k for the Carbone Cancer Center and University of Wisconsin Carbone Innovation Fund.

Andrew was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer and is currently stable on a trial drug called Zenocutuzumab. Through the foundation's incredible fundraising efforts, they have been able to help cancer research and bring advancements to this field of study, driving their mission of giving families more time together.
